People360 successfully conducted its free flu vaccination program to its employees on August 21 and 29, 2020. As the company stresses the importance of employee welfare and health to its operations, the said program aims to further protect the company’s employees and their families against flu and flu-like symptoms amid the ongoing pandemic. The program is part of People360’s employee-centric policies and guidelines, and also of its Covid-19 workplace prevention and control program.
“When we were advised of the company’s initiative for Flu Vaccine, I was personally pleased especially in my condition right now (pregnant) that I needed all the protection not just for myself but for my baby as well,” said an employee of the company.
“(We hope for the company to) continuously implement the program. (It’s) a big help for the health of the employees”, another employee said.
Led by the company’s HR department and OH Nurse, the program was held at the People360 compound where physical distancing, and other safety and health protocols were strictly implemented. The expected number of participants reached 170, including some family members of the employees.
