People360, together with Signrays Advertising Inc. and Brownstone Asia-Tech Inc., recently hosted one of the most productive workshops to date, “The Eight Disciplines of Participative Problem Solving”. Conducted by the distinguished quality guru, Engr. Jose Francisco Gonzales Prado, the 2-day seminar focuses on the application of the 8 Disciplines methodology to solve problems at work and to eliminate non-conformities.
Engr. Prado, the Director General of the Mexican Institute of Quality Control (IMECCA), and president of the Latin-American Quality Control Orgs Federation (FLOCC), has been in the business of sharing his expertise in quality systems in the workplace for the past several years all over the globe. He has in fact already been in the Philippines, the latest as his 6th, for speaking engagements and consultations with prominent companies.
The seminar is welcomed enthusiastically by the participants, managers and leaders alike, as their “thinking caps” are challenged when tasked with defining problems encountered at the workplace, implementation and verification of its effectiveness by using the methods and tools in problem solving.
