People360, in cooperation with Philippine Red Cross (Malabon chapter), conducts its first blood-letting program at the People360 compound entitled “Dugo Mong Alay, Halaga ay Buhay”. It is a first of a series of CSR activities for the company.
The program gained positive results. Aside from the benefits of blood-letting, some qualified employees and outsiders who wholeheartedly volunteered to the blood donation, felt a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment in knowing they have done a noble service for another life. People who voluntarily donate blood are accorded the respect for their sacrifice, hence, a World Blood Donor Day is celebrated every June 14. In the Philippines, Disaster Consciousness and Blood Donors' Month is observed this whole month of July.
Among those present during the whole day event are the volunteers from the Red Cross Malabon chapter headed by Shaira Lynn Serrano, RMT, People360’s volunteer staff headed by Mr. Ariel Mendoza and Mr. Roderick Reyes, People360 Sales Manager Engr. Conrad Dumayag, and People360 CEO and President Engr. Cesar Dumayag.
