Last August 15-16, 2017, DTI held a 2-day seminar for Business Excellence Training, as an opportunity for aspiring companies to be included in the prestigious Philippine Quality Challenge (and the eventual recognition of a PQA or Philippine Quality Award. Philippine Quality Challenge or PQC, is A SELF-ASSESSMENT, CONSULTANCY, and RECOGNITION PROGRAM with an objective to assist private organizations in the country including Local Government Units (LGUs) in starting off their journey to performance excellence and become competitive following the framework of the Philippine Quality Award (PQA) Program).
It was attended by no less than People360 Consulting Corp’s very own Engr. Cesar M. Dumayag, People360’s IT Manager Sir Justin Paul Dumayag, and the company’s quality mentor, Dra. May Gatchalian. Shown with them is the program’s facilitator Sir Joel Amante, together with other participants for the PQC seminar. A long process still, but thru hard work, dedication, and quality performance, People360’s Vision is not far from becoming a reality. Indeed, on the road to Excellence and Success!
