Project CHANGE: Promoting Values & Health Lifestyles in the BPO Industry

Project CHANGE is a part of “Promoting company values and healthy lifestyles as an entry point to introduce HIV interventions in workplaces in the BPO industry”, which was implemented by the International Labour Organization in partnership with the UN Joint Team on AIDS (JTA) in the Philippines, and in collaboration with UN implementing partners—UN Joint Programme on AIDS (UNAIDS), World Health Organization, and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The project was funded by the UNAIDS under its Programme Acceleration Funds (PAF) facility which promotes joint accountability of the JTA in project implementation and resource utilization. Thus, ILO worked closely with the JTA, particularly the UN implementing partners, in facilitating this Project.

On the national level, the ILO closely coordinated this Project with the Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC) of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
